Biota for Windows Data Files and Biota
for Mac Data Files are completely
cross-compatible.
The following versions and flavors of
Biota are currently available from Sinauer
Associates:
- BiotaApp for
Windows and
Macintosh
(the stand-alone, single-user Biota
application), with Biota Manual and Supplements 1 and
2.
With BiotaApp, you need no additional software
to run Biota.
1. Biota 1.6.1 for Windows 95/98 & NT,

2. Biota 1.5.0 for Windows 95/98 & NT, 386/486
processors: ISBN 0-87893-139-2 ($125). (The 386/486
version of Bioa 1.6.1 is available only by
download.)
3. Biota 1.6.1 for Mac
OS, PPC (including G3 and G4) processors: ISBN

4. Biota 1.5.0 for Mac
